Ashish Jaiman
Co-Founder
Ashish Jaiman is the Founder & CEO of Nēdl Labs, where he is building Nēdl Pulse—an AI-native platform designed to bring transparency to healthcare payment integrity. As CEO, Ashish bridges the gap between technical innovation and market impact. He leads the company’s commercial strategy, working directly with healthcare leaders, customers, and partners to co-design solutions that solve real-world payment friction, while securing the strategic partnerships and capital needed to scale the company's vision. Prior to Nēdl, Ashish held engineering and product leadership roles at Microsoft, driving initiatives for Copilot and the Customer Security & Trust organization. A recognized voice on Responsible AI and governance, he has authored policy papers and the book Deepfakes aka Synthetic Media, focusing on the intersection of AI, security, and trust. He draws on this background to ensure Nēdl Pulse moves beyond "black box" algorithms, delivering "Glass-Box" AI that offers auditable, defensible, and clear reasoning for payers and providers alike.

He brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling global engineering and delivery teams, operationalizing complex enterprise platforms, and turning AI innovation into production-ready systems. At Nēdl Labs, Naresh focuses on execution excellence—driving customer adoption, partner-led growth, and reliable scale—while helping translate advanced AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. He is known for combining hands-on AI leadership with disciplined operations to move companies from vision to impact.
